Magdalena Zarowiecki, PhD
Founder, Chair of the Board
Magdalena is a strategist, funraiser, and systems thinker with a strong track record of delivering measurable value across complex and heavily regulated environments at the intersection of government, law, private enterprise, and advocacy. She’s helped flagship organisations raise millions in funding, streamline operations, and bring innovative services to life. Her hope is to address the root causes of systematic abuse situations, and to empower society to swiftly identify and tackle them when they occur.

Diana Voxerbrant
Trustee, Head of Strategic Communications and Engagement
Diana leads ISAJO’s communications and engagement strategy, ensuring the organisation’s message is both impactful and accessible. She uses storytelling not to polish a surface, but to create real connections — translating complex research and legal work into language that resonates across communities, cultures, and sectors. She also runs a small business, focused on helping small businesses, charities and creatives in North London find a voice online that actually sounds like them. Authenticity — human voices, curiosity, imperfection, and real connection and change. In ISAJO, she supports the efforts of survivors of systematic abuse to tell their stories.
